I'm not sure what Spil's criteria is either. He lacks focus if you ask me.

You spotted a nice sector in shipping. BULK is moving to NYSE. ISH and DHT two more to consider.

I'm glad you like a chart with the thread header. I'll try to keep in the header whatever seems to be the most discussed stock .
