At this level of evil i don't try to decide who is more evil:) There comes a point of where the degree of evil does not matter.
If there were a Hell both Bush and Cheney would be sent to it.
i , as you know, belong to a school of thought that the psycopaths have taken control.
A person without a drop of blood on their hands can be part the making possible killing cruel darkness of Bush and Cheney , they too are evil.
Condeleeza Rice is a shivers creating cold controlled emotionless being, and one that has before Congress lied most efficiently with poker faced steeliness, several times (i will end this post with her latest blatant lie before Congress).
If we had Nuremberg trials on this ugly dark business, Rice would be found guilty of crimes against humanity.
i hold the human inability to grasp what a varied and subtle beast evil can be, be humankind's greatest weakness, how many have this absurd notion that a serial killer is evil, but a Cheney a Bush a Rice are not: this is absurd, for all of these three are central to the horror of death of innocents, they are killers, cold, ruthless, without conscience , these are the psycopaths, and they rule because people can not define evil and the evil criminals of the political world just continue on.( i do not in anyway exclude other countries, but for reasons this is where i live, i concentrate on it--but see all os a mordant Burlesk of Empires old/new/rising/falling shouldering/pushing/groping for advantage, where the signficant majority want for themselves wealth and power and all the perks that go with and give not a damn for the people beneath them.
Look at China, the Chinese own study estimates 50billion dollars were stolen through graft/corruption from the Chineses Government and the money has fled with the thieves to places outside of China.i have heard figures as high as 5,000 persons have been a part of this. Many members of the Communist Party.
Was this psychopathic behavior en masse by members of the Chinese power structure: of course.
It is an epidemic, world wide.

I desire to get on this thread a few documents about the Psychopathic that i had on the FC thread.
As i feel there is a incredible deficiency in not grasping what psycopathic behavior is and resultantly the world is moving into the grasp of the psychopath.
One i will post, and fully endorse, is asking the question is the American Society becoming a psycopathic society?
The very fact that Democrats and Republicans can't unite to stop the Bush/Cheney two-headed monster is because the politicians themselves, except for a minority, have ZERO GRASP what is happening here is evil.
Why is this? Because they themselves are without sufficient concience on the brute wrongness of these matters, or are just to dull within to sense what evil is actually.

Now to showing where Condeleeza Rice, caught in bold face lie, goes to S.O.P., that of "i don't recall".
"Can't not recall", give me a break, Condeleeza Rice is brilliant, there is little question she as a steel trap memory.
I state her every "i don't recall" or "That is not how remember it" are bold lies by a cold and fundamentally ruthless person.
A prime law, being brilliant does not provide immunity from one being or becoming evil.

Rice disputes claim of Iranian overture By ANNE GEARAN, AP Diplomatic Writer

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice disputed claims Wednesday that the Bush administration bungled a diplomatic overture from Iran that offered a broad dialogue with the United States after nearly a quarter-century of enmity.
Rice told Congress she does not remember seeing the 2003 Iranian proposal, which suggested Iran was ready to discuss its disputed nuclear program, support for militant groups that the United States labels terrorists and the acceptance of Israel.
"We had people who said the Iranians went to talk to you, lots of people who said the Iranians want to talk to you," Rice said during an exchange with Rep. Robert Wexler (news, bio, voting record), D-Fla.
"But I think I would have noticed if the Iranians had said, 'We're ready to recognize Israel,'" Rice said. "I just don't remember ever seeing any such thing."
The document, faxed to the State Department in the early days of the U.S.-led war in Iraq, proposed direct talks, perhaps in Paris. Iraq was at the top of the proposed agenda, with Tehran proposing "active Iranian support for Iraqi stabilization."
The text of the document has been provided to news organizations, including The Associated Press.
"You did not see that supposed fax?" Wexler asked Rice.
"I just have to tell you that perhaps somebody saw something of the like, but I can tell you I would have noticed if the Iranians had offered to recognize Israel," she replied.
The administration dismissed the proposal, which has since become a touchstone for criticism that the Bush administration muffed a chance to avert Iran's rush toward nuclear proficiency that could produce a bomb.
Rice was asked about such criticism from a former National Security Council aide, Flynt Leverett.
"I don't know what Flynt Leverett's talking about, quite frankly," Rice said. "Maybe I should ask him when he came to me and said, 'We have a proposal from Iran and we really ought to take it.'"
Leverett had left the NSC by the time the fax arrived, but he said in an interview that he knows the document was sent to the NSC. It also went to Rice's predecessor as secretary of state, Colin Powell, former officials have said.
Leverett said he has never discussed with Rice whether she saw it.
"This administration, out of some combination of ideological blindness and incompetence, couldn't be bothered to explore whether this opportunity was as serious as it looked on paper," Leverett said Wednesday.
Critics also say that engagement in 2003 might have blunted Iranian influence in Iraq. Shiite militias and death squads, some with ties to Iran, are blamed for much of the sectarian violence in Iraq.

The Bush administration has resisted suggestions, including from the bipartisan Iraq Study Group, that is should engage Iran to try to improve security in next-door Iraq. Lawmakers challenged that position Wednesday and about the administration's current stepped-up rhetoric and seeming provocation of Iraq.
Rice repeated Bush's assurance that "we're not planning or intending an attack on Iran."
"What we are doing is we're responding to a number of Iranian policies both in Iraq and around the world that are actually quite dangerous for our national security," she said.
