1) Have our Government and your Government sign an agreement that IF a single murdering barbarian comes through the Canadian border to the US, the Canadian Government will pay for any damage done, including restitution to the families of any the murdering barbarian/s killed here.

people leaving Canada, except for indians, are inspected by Americans before they are allowed in. (Indians who have status are not stopped at any time nor can they be refused admission to either country.) If the visitors are landed immigrants they produce a card saying they are landed immigrants to either country. The border guards can use CPic the Canadian police information system so they know everything about the people coming in that Canada does, already. But they can check every Canadian through Canadian government computers, just as Canadian border guards can check Americans on US Government computers at some level or other. Then they decide if they want to let you in.

And my point is still, that this is going to cost Americans a lot of money. I want Americans aware of the cost, before not after this is implemented. 2 million Canadians visit Florida every year, if that drops to 1.5 million, will the US aid the state of Florida? One has to determine the benefit to the cost.
