Lizzie I have stopped trying to buy condos and houses in FL. Did 3 piddly deals, not worth the effort,too much like work-NG- I will be back in Fort Lauderdale in April,after the spring buying season fails to materialize. Florida has always been a snowbird RE market, now to hope for a spring rebound is absolute foolishness.
