Tobago Jack,re:"Job openings at all-time high". Wonder how
many of those are 'for advertising/quota only' so they can
claim no American can afford to work for highly-skilled and
lowly-paid jobs and we need to out-source or more H1B, so
that "Wall-street" is "happy".
