The amount of money extracted by the insiders from backdated options easily exceeds the money that the insiders made from the non-dot.com companies that imploded because of accounting scandals in the 2000-2002 period, yet this scandal is barely a blip on the main stream media's radar. Disney is not going to want to dig into the Pixar options. So far, Jobs is coated with Teflon.
