I was having just a rotten day yesterday! The night before I dreamed of my Ex and my son and I awakened all out of sorts. Anyhow - I went to see Mom & dad just to get out of the house. They knew this wasn't my best day - I wasn't cracking jokes - I just wasn't my trouble making self. They knew why and so my dad reached into his bag of tricks and said see if this doesn't help take a log off. It was a Xanax and I'd never had one before. It worked like magic. I don't want or need the stuff in my house but that was exactly what I needed.
