If you mean AMD is in a price war with Intel that Sunw is benefitted by the price war, I can understand that. If 60% institution holding does not translate to strong hands holding the Sunw stock, then you understand why taking out the weak hands(forced selling by dooms day scare) does not work with institutions. A CEO has to talk to the institutions frequently to get their support of the stock value(buying) by informing them of current business plans. ARRS and SYMM do that often.

Efficiency is productivity in revenue divided by number of employees. Cost free future planning is efficiency, by the same number of employees, if revenue is increased.
