All,

And think about this one: If Nomai's disks are inferior to Iomega's, how could it be violating Iomega's patents?

Well, several reasons come to mind right off the bat why inferior products can infringe upon superior patents... Inferior materials. Inferior quality. Inferior parts are not the parts that Nomai copied. And these were rather obvious.

Herb's opining and spinning on Iomega grow wearisome. IMO, it seems all of Herb's reporting is crafted to benefit someone or a group of short someones. Perhaps one might even suspect that those someones would feel grateful to that kind of reporting. Maybe even reward it. So, perhaps Herb isn't solely to blame. After all, working girls have to earn their money too.
