I totally agree that we'll have to close above and STAY above 3.50 to call it a breakout. Yes, it is the highest price in 7 months AND you're right about mutuals jumping in on the insider buying. HOWEVER, 7 months ago at the end of Feb the run-up to the last high of 3.50 + occured in six days from a low of 1.75 AND then the next day immediately preceded to pull back to 2.25 over the next month. I withdraw my claim re: MM but still hold that this is more of a speculative run and would like to see some positive news before going long for longer than a week or two like I've been doing to catch the short upside. Until then, I'll short in this range.
