David, I don't really follow closely earnings reporting dates as I am generally in a stock for the long term. I generally agree with 4EyesOnly (see previous post) that it looks like Idexx has taken the opportunity to put everything bad that they can in this quarter and, thus, the next few quarters should look a lot better. It is not clear to me, however, that the company has resolved their inventory problems and adjusted production accordingly. I would also like to know more about the potential products to come from their research and development. Nonetheless, the company has had an excellent track record until this year's bumps--which let me buy in at a very nice price--and I think the chances are good that it will be fully recovered soon.
