Propaganda Notes The mainstream US media is describing Putin's speech as a "tirade". Have they EVER described any of the countless Bush and Cheney warmongering and lie filled speeches in similar terms? To ask the question is to answer it. A perfect example of how the mainstream media tries to shape public perceptions by the alice in wonderland use of language.
