It was late and I was tired. "The JV is making money (close to $1 MM so far) even with the slower progress." This information did not come from Sam as he would not comment on this when I asked. This came from a member of the JV who I don't believe has any reason to lie but it is also information that is impossible for me to verify at this time. This person is pleased with his position and believes his ROI will be quite good. Also when he stated that figure he was talking about "by the end of February" which I also forgot to put in. I was too tired to recheck my post last night or I would have caught it. Sorry for the omission.
