The agriculture ETF/ETCs are probably old news to you, but just in case not:

Symbol = DBA
25% each of corn, wheat, soy beans and sugar
dbfunds.db.com

London Stock Exchange ETCs
100% corn, wheat, sugar, etc..plus index securities for grains & agriculture, etc (plus zinc, nickel, gold, etc)...and prices are listed in USD
londonstockexchange.com

In case your broker doesn't, Interactive Brokers provides access to the London exchange and they do list all the ETCs as available:
