Very high housing inflation in the UK, but with 14% money supply growth it is not a surprise.

U.K Dec. Annual House Price Inflation 9.9% Vs. 8.8% In November, Consensus 9.4%

(RTTNews) - In the United Kingdom, annual house price inflation stood at 9.9% in December, the Department
of Communities and Local Government - DCLG said Monday. In November, the house price inflation came
in at downwardly revised 8.8%. Economists expected inflation rate of 9.4%. On monthly basis, house prices
rose 0.9%.

The mix-adjusted average house price stood at not seasonally adjusted GBP201, 090 higher than GBP199,
238 in November. In London, house prices increased 11.8% versus 9.9% in November.
