First off, no war crimes indictment has been issued. Second, congress doesn't have the power to criminally prosecute. So getting the Dems involved with such a ludicrous endeavor is just a silly waste of time.

Why not focus on something tangible that the Dem congress can do to fulfill their commitment to the Nov-2006 voter? Repealing the Authorization for Use of Military Force in Iraq, or legislation concluding it, is something that could be done immediately.

Why hasn't it been proposed?
