Fellow Investors,

My apologies, it was pointed out to me that I had confused the names of Rubenstein and Gaumond. An honest mistake since the joined the ARU board at the same time. However the rest of the post is fact and here is some more on these two latest board members.

Gaumond was also granted 100,000 options which he has not sold any of either.

Mr. Gaumond is President and CEO of Virginia Gold Mines, whose discovery
of the
Eleonore gold deposit in Quebec led to the US$420 million dollar
acquisition of the project by Goldcorp in 2005. He sits on the Board of
Directors of mining companies Vior and Power Tech as well as on the
Board of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC).
Mr. Gaumond is a member of several professional associations, among them
the Quebec Order of Engineers. He is a geological engineer with a
master's degree in geological economics.

Mr. Rubenstein is Vice President, Corporate Secretary and a Director of
Andagan Resource Corporation. In 2001 Mr. Rubenstein was one of the
founders of Canico Resources, where he served as Vice President and
Corporate Secretary as the company explored its Onca Puma nickel deposit
in Brazil. Mr. Rubenstein was instrumental in the 2005 acquisition of
Canico by CVRD of Brazil for $940 million. As Vice President, Corporate
Affairs for Sutton Resources, he also played a key role in negotiating
the $525 million takeover of the company by Barrick Gold Corporation in
1999.

Regards,
F.F
