I have to admit, that i did not expect this outcome as recently as 12 months ago, due to affordability issues, but then again i did not expect BOE to accommodate such high levels of monetary growth, it just shows you that money growth trumps everything else.

That might indicate that Ca and Ny will not fare as bad as some expect, of course AZ, NV and Fl is a different story, because of heavy overbuilding there.
