I agree with you... The "outing" was no big deal. If Libby had been straight with the FBI in the first place and simply said his boss had told him about Ms. Plame...and that he had mentioned it in the week following to members of the press and others...I don't think there would have been any indictment of anybody at all for anything.

But it sure looks like he chose to cover-up how he first heard about it, and when.
