No way do I believe Hulbert or Brinker handled the matter correctly, and leaving the QQQQ call out is fraud in my opinion. Hey look, if we allow any advisor to pick and choose which of his or her public pronouncements is going to count for real, then the sky is the limit and no reputation will be able to be trusted.
