LOL! News reports suggest they are only talking about 'shutting down the program' (whatever the Hell that means!). No one on the North Korean side has said anything about GIVING UP NUCLEAR WEAPONS they already have... or nuclear supplies they already have. :-( (Only taking about 'inspections' on the reactors themselves... which is exactly the deal that was in place before.) Oh, that and: giving them FREE OIL! LOL!
