Then why don't you explain it.

Again, you went off the reservation in a fit of pique about something and now you're simply trying to weasel your way out of it. NK, Iran and Iraq were called the Axis of Evil. Iraq, the one country with no particular nuclear ambitions at the time, had its government toppled while the other two were left to their own devices to make progress on their nuclear programs.

Instead of invading NK, Bush sat by and watched it develop more nukes. Instead of invading Iran, Bush sat by and lobbed rhetorical bombs at it.

If you can't see the obvious parallels between negotiations with NK, rhetoric with Iran and war with Iraq then you do not have a clue.
