Let me give you another concept: at the beginning of any new surge in metals prices the majors will move first. Every time. So I always try to figure out a move and then find wts connected to a major which I think will move. I do not care jack about the company except that it will work as a metals proxy.

When the new move then flattens out (as it always does because one can quantify its value better than exploration stocks wehre specualtion is the big variable)then, I sell the wts and move down to the juniors. In the may of 05 when this new bull really started surging, I held almost nothing but wts on majors e.g. Silver wheaton, Hudson Bay Mines, Breakwater, and a few others.

In 06 I then moved down to ECU for one at .60 and others I feel will move.

In fact at the beginning of a move the pros will often sell the junior exploration stocks so they can move into the majors and often the juniors will actually go down for a bit.
