Dear Tony:

In Nov. 1996, JNJ bought 1.5 m shares of AMLN at $10 and now they are guaranteed to another 1.5 m shares at $12. I guess you can say that JNJ is 20% more confident about AMLN's future. That is an important vote of confidence from JNJ.
