You are a few years early on that prediction. We will need mainstream flash write speeds to at least double or triple before this can happen.

I upgraded my local network several years ago because I could not stream uncompressed NTSC AVI files on a 100 Mbps network. It turns out that you need closer to 200 Mbps. HDTV at 720p should take at least 50% more bandwidth to write.
