Hello Pezz, Tonight's Report: The real estate agent told me that we have an offer from someone anxious to own the building we have just contracted for, and offers to pay all our cost to date, plus 5.26% of contract value of the building as inducement to let go of our contract so that he can buy it. We responded in the negative, because we figure he ought to offer us 100% of the contract value. Sure would beat working for a living :0) Chugs, J
