And I don't think that Iran wants to see Iraq descend into chaos. There are already enough refugees going into Iran, they don't want anymore. Everyone is playing an unpredictable balancing act.

Do you really think the Bush admin wants to bomb Iran?

It may not be his first choice, but Bush's position is either Iran will capitulate or he'll take out the nuclear facilities. A game of chicken is at play.

The decision to send more troops into Baghdad and Anbar says that Bush still believes that military power will eventually prevail. Plus, who's got the balls to take us to court? Can't impeach the guy for using his authority as Commander in Chief. Just in his recent CSPAN interview, he again cited Truman as one of his fav Presidents. Read: Eventually history will recognize Bush to be the great visionary and President that he is.
