Sfly continues trading above the high end of its 90 day Bollinger Band of 15.00. The low BB is 13.19. Maybe the news of a new chairman is holding it up, or maybe it's establishing a new range based on performance.

NEW YORK, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Internet photo service Shutterfly Inc. (SFLY.O: Quote, Profile , Research) on Tuesday named Philip Marineau, former president and chief executive officer of Levi Strauss & Co. (9836.Q: Quote, NEWS , Research), as chairman of its board of directors.
Marineau served as president and CEO of Levi Strauss from 1999 through 2006, and was also president and CEO of Pepsi-Cola North America, and president and chief operating officer of Dean Foods Co. He has also worked at Quaker Oats Company.
Shutterfly said his appointment brings the board to seven members, six of whom are independent. |
