i've been living in mexico since 04. liked it alot when i first got here. however, my opinion has changed some. things aren't what they seem to be on the surface. however, no matter what the state of affairs was before the election, i think the situation has improved for doing business now with the election of calderon. i now have less concern about mining stocks in mexico than any time in the last three years. that's certainly not a promise that things can't go wrong... just that i think things have taken a step for the better..
