Probably because he is using the same techniques that Clinton did. You know, the ones he blasted Clinton for as he set up the situation for NK to get The Bomb. So, after his policies failed in a spectacular fashion, we are back to where we were 6 years ago, but now NK has at least some nuclear capability.

In other words, we are in a worse position now that we are going back to the tactics of the previous administration.
