CJ, the only thing about the current plan is that Bush isn't going to provide North Korea with a couple of nuclear reactors. That's one of the dumbest things Carter could ever dream of.

Other than that, Bush's plan is a lot like Clinton's. Just buys more time until the North Korean regime once again faces "foreclosure."
