Also, some Excellent and insightful notes posted on the Yahoo board for INAP (no longer IIP) regarding yesterday's conference:

(for those who didn't get to listen. They can dig through my notes below)

- Guarantee from start to finish. Only one in the industry.
- Viewing internet more than TV. Streams increase over the internet. Streaming and Advertising dollars will be significant. INAP is positioning themselves to take advantage of it.

- Streaming and content delivery along with Ad.

- Our CDN will win because of INAP's ability to present an end to end solution to the customer. (Colo, IP, stream, ads).

- VSTH long standing relationship with Adobe and MS. Provides advantage.

- Solution selling. streaming quality has been inconsistent - with IP bandwidth the customer can get consistency..something competitors CAN"T offer.

- Attract the big customers. That is what they want to do.

- Bus strategy. Quick returns. Quick ROIs. Move on. Been successful with this strategy and it will continue.

- 2000+ customers that possibly and probably will need the VSTH solution to build their revenue.

- INAP was #2 reseller of AKAM. They know how to sell.

- Purposely waited to offer guidance until after deal closes.

- Why can we make it work? Because JD knows what he is doing. Done it. Will continue to do it. Gone from single digit growth to mid-teens under JD.

- All financials in 06 went hockey stick.

Questions:

- issues to address in first couple quarters that will impact financials on integration of VSTH?
* Very normal stuff...back office systems.
* AKAM reselling impact. No issue - will talk about it in earnings call.
* Management team is coming together.
* Hit the ground running and very excited about it

- What are the plans for integrating sales force?
* VSTH didn't have a large sales force - INAP knows how to sell CDN (due to AKAM). No problem to integrate - already learned products.

- Data Centers - and expansion?
* In process of raising rates in colo to proper market levels. Will help gross profits.
* Expanded into Toronto, increased PNAPs, can show similar results with footprint. Looking at ways to grow network - comparing it to our disciplined approach. A lot of opportunities - could see some growth.

- VSTH relationship with AKAM? Compensate for role AKAM provided?
* Learning products which address the concerns of INAP's existing customers. Question didn't make sense since VSTH and AKAM were competitors. Margins will improve since not reselling AKAM. Less VSTH business needed since margins are higher.

- GUIDANCE. WILL PROVIDE INSIGHT. Will continue to do it as we have done it.

- How does VSTH help with competitors?
* INAP is 100% up time. One carrier gives you a nice SLA - but INAP gives it across multiple carriers. End to end with guarantees.

- A lot of companies trying to get into INAP's space now
* 5 - 8 major backbones in INAP. AKAM stays on their network. INAP has greater coverage.

- Insource question? Big guys insourcing?
* You have to be pretty big to take on your own CDN. Our approach will be we welcome them to attempt it and we will be a second provider or compliment what they are doing.
