Does anyone have any comments on new convertible bond issue? This seems very odd in light of a company that FOCUSES on raising capital by nondebt. I haven't look recently, but their cash position was pretty good compared to many pharmas. I know that financing tumbles a stock price, but I have to believe that this play would not be done unless they had absolute assurance that they would get their return. It surely looks like a great buy opportunity; however, I think we may see attempts at shorting this stock and we may see some bad before a good deal of good. We, without speaking, will see resistence at the $+2.90 price. The board has been silent for awhile and comments would be appreciated. Good luck to the snow people up north.
