Plans are important BUT leadership capability is mission critical...Our nation needs someone with vision who can inspire the nation to make sacrifices and solve tough problems...we also need a leader who knows how to work with politicians from the other party...And finally, we need a leader who will represent our country well all around the world. The best leaders don't need to know everything...they need to attract a great team that complements their skills. Obama seems to have "that x factor" that JFK and Robert Kennedy (and Bill Clinton) had...It's charisma with the ability to connect and inspire.
