why does your wife feel the need to impress others with a purse? I know nothing about women, but apparantly more than you What's up Patron? Should've given you a call the last time I was in AZ.... assume you're still there, haven't felt a need to post in a while or keep in touch with anyone... Funny thing my BP just got forclosed saturday on one of his houses. I check the legal section of the paper and it's Fremont. Then checking the Implode website I see the email that Fremont is cutting out the type of mortgage he got. F-ing moron.... who gives someone a mortgage zero down when they don't even have their other house listed and have terrible credit? Unbelieveable.... I've been fielding calls for three days from all our vendors wondering wtf is going on... what do I say? It's a toxic loan from a predatory lender and isn't his primary residence so don't worry?
