Deja Vu, All Over Again! Haven't we all been involved in stocks before that you felt the fundamentals at the company building after a number of difficult quarters? Especially underfollowed, smaller issues: A few bad quarters and the stock plummets--> The market forgets about the stock--> The stock price bases for a few quarters while the company rebuilds, improves itself and grows in necessary areas--> The fundamentals show investors watching closely that the revenue and earnings figures will be improving and the stock slowly begins to improve in price--> Then we wake up one morning and are seeing much higher volume and higher prices--> The higher volume and march upward continues until WHAMMO!...Buy Rec by one of the retail firms, then it is "Katie bar the door", everyone and their brother is scrambling to jump on the bandwagon, buy stock, cover shorts, make their own buy recommendations so as not to be left out...the momentum players get involved as the stock trades toward and then beyond previous highs and enthusiasm becomes irrationally exuberant--> Then those of us who were buying and holding through the single digits and low teens look to take profits well into new highs for the stock.
Haven't we all felt the thrill of this roller-coaster ride before. It is one of the best rushes that I have ever felt. Nothing at Six Flags compares to the sensation that this ride delivers and then let's talk about what this does for your net worth!! Now, that's reason to jump up from your desk and do the one-person wave. Well, I fell the enthusiasm building here on FSCX and the fundamentals of new potential relationships (GTE, SBC, ICI)to be announced; old relationships gearing up (Alcatel, System One); new technology and improvements to existing technology; a stronger sales force; etc., etc., all of this accounts for the higher volume and prices that are being experienced on a daily basis. Volatility is certain, but my money says that the chart will rise to new highs over the next 6 to 9 months. This is the sweetest feeling of Deja Vu that I know. Ahhhh, to be the owner of a quadruple bagger within the next year, now that is a satisfying feeling. And it makes your portfolio's net worth reeeeaalll happy too.
