Are you saying that once the shares come out, NT's marketcap will jump 16%? I'd like nothing more than the stock price to be unaffected by those shares, but ... I'm not taking that for granted. Based on what fundamentals do you see NT justifying the current marketcap and the additional marketcap? It's not like NT is making money and that the severance payments and impact from laying off thousands of employees will go without a hitch. FYI, in regards to your approach, I've been there and done that. Guess what, with NT, there's more chances you will be on the wrong side of the stock price movement. Best of luck to you.
