BTW I took that Angus Chuck Roast and did the following with it.

Sauted some sweet onion and some left over mushrooms I had in a little olive oil. Then I rubbed the roast with a mixture of onion pwd, garlic pwd, salt and pepper. I browned it on both sides, added the onion/mushroom mixture back into it and then covered the whole thing with 2 6 oz cans of Mushroom steak Sauce by Dawn Fresh by Giorgio.

Going to cook it for a few hours at 325 degrees.

It smells heavenly...
