Well GZ what is it that you need a credit card to perform? One is renting a room, no big deal a large deposit, BUT NECESSARY TO RENT A CAR. So our little criminal friends get a consulate card, a BAC bank account, get a BAC credit card and rent a 40 thousand dollar car. Legally drive it to the border , then cross and sell it or just keep it next to your burro. No sense using your real name for any of it. Cartels/gangs will establish all the accounts and furnish the cards. Have the drivers just pick up the cars and drive away.
