Not really. While we are discussing certain things, we are ignoring many others. When was the last time East Timor or Haiti came up here? How about all the problems in South and Central America? We necessarily ignore more about the world than we discuss. Our time is finite, and our lives are finite. Even when we are "just talking" we fail to work on everything.
