So, the bright lights in Ottawa have legislated that Canada must adhere to Kyoto. If only the liberals hadn't completely wasted their time in office, and had actually started compliance with Kyoto while they were in office. So we have desperate little time to come into compliance and nothing done to get there. I wonder how much money this will cost Canadians since we can buy clean air credits? Enough to properly fund the health care Payments that Paul martin cut? Enough to fix the transfer payments that Ontario hates? The money is going to come from somewhere, perhaps we can force Alberta to clean up the oil Sands process, it pollutes a fair bit.
