That's interesting to know. In that case, has there in fact been a larger draw than the most recent? I don't see one, but I find I overlook things.

That draw is big news. Either natural gas production is dropping, or all the McMansions have their thermostats set at 72 degrees so that their inhabitants can stroll around half-naked in midwinter--and also the gas-fired electric generators are running.
