Isn't the 40 yard line where the kickoff occurs? A lot of shares have changed hands over the last 6 months. It is going to take a bit of time for folks to get use to seeing Nortel as a $40 stock. Isn't that what backfilling does?

Nortel is still picking the last of its team, so it's going to take a few years before they're ready to call the coin toss. Although, some may think they already have.
