WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tony Kornheiser -- sportswriter, columnist, ESPN commentator, humorist, and author -- will be heard nationwide on XM Satellite Radio starting March 5.

Kornheiser's new radio show, originating from Washington Post Radio (WTWP) in Washington, D.C., will air from coast to coast on XM's sports talk radio channel XM Sports Nation (XM Channel 144) Monday through Friday from 9 am to 11 am ET. Tony will also host special shows exclusively for the XM Radio audience on a regular basis.

As one of the nation's leading sports journalists, Kornheiser is renowned for his savage wit and sharp analysis on the radio, in print, and on TV. He is a columnist for The Washington Post, the co-host of ESPN's "Pardon the Interruption," and analyst for ESPN's "Monday Night Football."
