I apologize in advance for being off topic, but I do not know where to turn. My question has to do with investing directly in Canadian mutual funds' money market accounts with US dollars by a US corporation and an individual. Two Canadian mutual funds claims it cannot be because of a nebulous SEC rule. A Canadian lawyer says that is not true, it is only the funds' policy.
Anybody have any ideas?

Carolyn
