First-of-its-Kind Partnership to Provide a Year-Round Sports and Entertainment Marketing Platform for Olevia(TM) in the New York-New Jersey Metropolitan Area

NEWARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AEG, one of the leading sports and entertainment presenters in the world, and Syntax-Brillian Corp. The multi-tiered, four-year agreement will specifically highlight the Olevia(TM) brand of HDTVs through signage and other on-property brand exposure, and include the integration of Olevia(TM) televisions into the $375 million Prudential Center, which will be managed by AEG. Prudential Center, a 19,500-seat arena will be the first major sports and entertainment venue to open in the nation's top media market in more than 25 years. It will be the new home of the three-time Stanley Cup Champion New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League. Prudential Center is slated to open in October 2007.

As part of its "exclusive" Cornerstone partnership, Olevia will be named the official LCD Television of the New Jersey Devils with placement of LCD televisions throughout the Prudential Center, plus scoreboard and concourse advertising exposure, hospitality and other exclusive usage of entertainment space.

"We feel this partnership will enable Olevia(TM) to leverage the power of its growing brand with the New Jersey Devils in a world-class setting," said Jeff Vanderbeek, Chairman/Managing Partner of the New Jersey Devils. "We share in this exciting vision and look forward to showcasing Olevia HDTVs throughout the Prudential Center."

"This landmark agreement exemplifies Olevia(TM)'s ascension to the top tier of digital entertainment brands," said Vincent Sollitto, CEO and Chairman, Syntax-Brillian. "AEG's premier venues are a powerful medium for consumers to have a personal and profound experience with the Olevia(TM) brand."

"We are very excited about partnering with Olevia(TM), and are eagerly looking forward to partnering with them to enhance the fans experience in the upcoming world-class sports and entertainment facilities to be built in the Newark, New Jersey, area," said AEG New York/New Jersey President Nick Sakiewicz. "The development of these world-class entertainment venues is vital to the continued regional economic growth in New Jersey. This joint venture with an emerging brand such as Olevia(TM) is an important part of making this vision a reality."

The agreement for the Prudential Center and Harrison's Red Bull Park (opening in 2008) will provide the Olevia(TM) brand with the first-of-its-kind year-round sports and entertainment marketing platform between the two venues.

"This sponsorship with AEG and the New Jersey Devils creates powerful opportunities to extend the Olevia(TM) brand into the metropolitan New Jersey area's sports and entertainment market, and to work with partners proven to create, execute and manage compelling events, venue and franchises," said Hope Frank, Chief Marketing Officer, Syntax-Brillian.
