Might very well be nothing more than a tool to gather up shares. If you want to waste an hour, read through old stuff from 2004. Now you and I wont find any gems in there, it is all legal boilerplate and such--but it is worth remembering that doing the deal wasn't trivial. GLGC enterprise value dipped into negative territory for awhile--and you and I might assume that everything they have done has been for nothing. But time will tell. sec.edgar-online.com
