The payment depends on a range of incentive categories, including the total number of chips that Lenovo buys and the reimbursement of advertising money Lenovo spends on promoting its Intel-powered computers. The annual target for chips used is 17 million, equal to Lenovo's annual computer output. forbes.com If true, this lends credence to the "first dollar" rebate scheme... $100 million doesn't seem like applying only to the processors that exceed that target. fpg
