According to press reports from Denmark, it is not only the management group at Genmab, that cashes in.

(Lisa D made so much money from selling a relatively modest part of her holdings, that Danish commentators are now questioning her motivation for leading the company forward in a value-adding mode).

Today there are reports that Medarex has sold 2,58 million shares in Genmab bringing in abt 150 mUSD. The shares sold should represent about a third of the shares Medarex has held in Genmab.

There now are speculations in the Danish press, that Medarex will reduce their holdings further. After DD having been fired from Medarex and with Lerner leaving his position at the board of directors at Genmab, the two companies are not so close anymore.

Jyske Bank fastholder Køb på Genmab
10:53
Nyheden får ingen betydning for bankens anbefaling.
