Memory Pharmaceuticals Corp. (MEMY, $3.89, -$0.10, -2.5%) said it is calling in the warrants connected to its October private placement. These warrants contain a provision that permits the company to accelerate their exercise period if the closing price of the company's common stock is above $3 for 30 consecutive trading days. The warrant holders have until March 5 to exercise their warrants. Warrants to purchase approximately 7.1 million shares were issued in the financing at an exercise price of $1.33 per share, of which warrants to purchase around 1.1 million shares of common stock remain outstanding
